As the founder of Wise Men, Juuhi is the driving force behind one of the fastest growing minority owned companies in Houston. Juuhi started her career working for an Insurance company based in New York City. She has been a successful entrepreneur since 1994. Juuhi founded "Wise Men" with a vision to be a top executive search firm for mid to senior level business and technical professionals. She soon increased the scope of services to include contract placements. Realizing that the majority of clients are looking beyond just a service and that competition is immense, Juuhi teamed with like-minded professionals to offer high quality value added staffing talent. 

Juuhi is responsible for overseeing WiseMen's overall business operations. Specific responsibilities include administration and finance, plus running the staffing and recruitment segment of the business, & she also plays a key role in strategy and business development.

Juuhi holds a Bachelors degree with a concentration in commerce & economics and a Masters in Business Administration, with a specialization in finance from New York Institute of Technology. She has an additional formal educational background in yoga and stress management techniques. Juuhi is also an active member of the Houston Minority Business Council (HMBC), a Women Business Enterprise National Council member (WBENC), and winner of the prestigious 2001 Emerging Business (E-10) Award presented by the HMBC.

Prakash is the founder of Wise Men and is based out of Houston, Texas. He comes with extensive experience in the field of Industrial Automation Total Solutions Supplier organization with 19 years of project and system implementation experience in various industries. He has worked in companies like Honeywell, Allen Bradley, Tata Group. He specialized in Electronics and Telecommunication and Masters in Business Administration.

Rima Switzer is responsible for business development, market strategy and sales for Wise Men.  Rima comes from a technology and management consulting background having vast experience in IT, Project Management & Business Development. 

Prior to joining Wise Men, Rima worked for several multi-national corporations in various industries ranging from Energy to Technology & Management Consulting, over the course of her career and has built a solid business and technology foundation for herself.  Leveraging her background and experiences, Rima intends to explore potential opportunities and facilitate further growth and expansion of the scope and services at Wise Men.  Rima’s goal is to greatly expand business and establish a substantial client base in Atlanta.  She shares Juuhi’s vision to make Wise Men a recognized leader in Staffing, Consulting and Outsourcing.

Rima holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Statistics.   Rima is based in Atlanta, GA   She enjoys spending time with family and friends, likes reading, music and is actively involved in charitable organizations for women and children in third world countries.  She hopes to pursue an executive MBA in the near future.

JP handles the India operations and has over a decade of experience in consulting, sales and marketing, customer relationship / experience management and outsourcing. He has worked with multi national insurance and consulting companies before joining Wise Men. He also has experience in outsourcing operations and recently migrated a critical process involving sales outsourcing for a multinational client. He has a flair for startup organizations and comes with new business ideas. He is an out of the box thinker with business acumen. JP is a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and has Interest in Quality Management and Process Control.

JP holds a bachelors degree in computer science and masters in Sales and Marketing.
