Responsible for the timely delivery and overall solution quality of a project

Defining quality goals for the products/projects and identify appropriate measure for the same Architects QA processes and provides solutions to execution issues

Facilitate and participate in reviews and ensure reviews are effective and efficient

Provide project specific training on software  QA processes

Facilitate collection, analysis of metrics and reporting
Understanding frameworks and models

Identify and suggest areas for test automation

Must have 5 - 8 years experience preferably in a software development organization, leading teams on US onsite/ offshore projects.

Should have successfully managed projects for minimum 2 years.

The candidate will drive the implementation of customer solutions within approved budgets, time frames, and other constraints. Should be a self-starter who has awareness and persuasiveness to create alignment between key stake holders. He/She will work with all levels in the Organisation.

Strong on Project management and Process fundamentals.
